Negative Reviews

Weak Wi-Fi Connectivity.

Some guests faced problems accessing the free Wi-Fi. Even after making complaints, the issue could not be resolved. However, it was a minor issue and guests loved the overall experience.

Your own tunes.

Though a small issue in the larger schema of things, a few guests felt that an iPod dock in the room will be a good change, as it will let you listen to your own music.

Food Experience Can Be Enhanced.

Though most of the guests loved dining at the two restaurants, a few felt that more choices in menu can be added and the portion size can be increased to give a better dining experience. However, overall meal experience has been great for travellers.
